1. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through Betsy Boutique’s online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & Agreement

An agreement is formed once you complete an order on our website and receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in advance through the available payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Betsy Boutique works with international suppliers.

• Standard delivery time is 7–15 working days depending on destination and product availability.

• Delivery times are indicative; exceeding these does not entitle you to compensation.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

• You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Warranty & Liability

• If a product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers.

8. Privacy

9. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by English law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in England.
