1. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through Betsy Boutique’s online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.


2. Orders & Agreement

An agreement is formed once you complete an order on our website and receive a confirmation email from us.


3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in advance through the available payment methods.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Betsy Boutique works with international suppliers.

Standard delivery time is 7–15 working days depending on destination and product availability.

Delivery times are indicative; exceeding these does not entitle you to compensation.


5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.

Items must be unused, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Warranty & Liability

If a product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers.

For questions or complaints, you can contact us via support@betsyboutique.co.uk. We aim to respond within 14 days.


8. Privacy

9. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by English law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in England.
